GIA is managed by SISI Great Wave Partners, established in 2026 as a joint venture between SISI Innovations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yachiyo Engineering, and Great Wave Ventures. The partnership combines Yachiyo's engineering depth in emerging markets with Great Wave's venture investment experience.
